Revel in the promise of springtime as the Fairhaven Singers take on Poulenc’s Gloria and Britten’s Spring Symphony, joined by the Cambridge Philharmonic Orchestra and Chorus and local choirs from St Mary’s School and The Stephen Perse Foundation, along with a thrilling line-up of soloists. Poulenc’s exuberant sacred work is paired here with Britten’s masterpiece, a setting of English poems celebrating the reawakening of the earth in spring.
