Conducted by Ralph Woodward

The Fairhaven Singers summer concert is one of the highlights of Cambridge’s high season. Come and experience an enchanting celebration of beautiful music presented immaculately and with passion, and, in the interval, a festive dash of strawberries and sparkling wine served by the River Cam. This year’s unforgettable repertoire includes music about the sun (featuring William Walton’s feisty Cantico del sole) and settings of Shakespeare to mark the Bard’s anniversary, particular highlights being Vaughan Williams’ unearthly Three Shakespeare Songs and the gorgeous Songs and Sonnets by jazz composer, George Shearing. This concert always sells out, so tell your friends and book now!

Strawberries and sparkling wine (included in ticket price) will be served on the banks of the Cam during the interval.
