Music for a summer’s evening

Fairhaven Singers

Conductor Ralph Woodward

The Fairhaven Singers summer concert is one of the highlights of Cambridge’s high season. Come and experience an enchanting celebration of beautiful music presented with passion, and, in the interval, a festive dash of strawberries and sparkling wine served by the River Cam.

This year’s luscious repertoire includes Stanford’s ravishing The Blue Bird, paired with a haunting partsong by Judith Bingham, Eric Whitacre’s stunning tribute to Leonardo da Vinci, and nocturnal magic from Handel and Carl Rütti.

Strawberries and sparkling wine (included in ticket price) will be served on the banks of the Cam during the interval.

Tickets can be bought on our website or by emailing tickets@fairhavensingers.org.uk (Adults £17, Students £8).
